We're working with a commercial fitout builder that's on a strong growth run — good projects on the books and big plans for the next few years. They're not just filling a seat here. They want someone eager, coachable, and ready to soak it all up — and they're willing to put the time and effort into developing them properly.

The opportunity

You'll be working alongside an experienced Senior Site Manager who genuinely wants to bring someone through the ranks. Day by day, you'll start to understand how projects are managed at a higher level — the planning, the coordination, the decisions that keep a job running.

It won't happen overnight, but there's a clear path here. The business is growing, the work is there, and they want to see you progress — not stay where you are.

Who they're looking for

• A 2/3 + years on site in commercial construction
• You know how a job runs and you're reliable
• Still happy to get your hands dirty — this isn't a desk job yet
• Keen to learn, take feedback, and back yourself
• Ready to take that first proper step off the tools
• Full Australian working rights required
• White Card (Construction Induction)

Could be a Carpenter, Leading Hand, or a switched-on Labourer who's been running the show quietly for a while. Trade ticket is a bonus, not a must. Your attitude and how you show up every day will matter more than anything.
